Tops and bottoms of tarts and pies from Pâtes et Croûtes are made from ingredients of very first quality, of which fat contents is 100% vegetable. Simple to use, just separate them and let them defrost at room temperature from 15 minutes up to 2 hours. The pastes are ready to fill, always with a cold trimming to prevent separation of the fat. When they are cooked, you will be astonished to see at which point our pastes are so laminated and tasty, as if they were completely made right from your home. Their lifespan is 12 months in the freezer and 15 days in the refrigerator.
