Separately wrapped cooked muffins

Raw muffin paste in buckets

The muffins produced at Pâtes et Croûtes are cooked until perfection in our furnaces to be thereafter quickly cooled and packed in order to preserve and to protect all their flavour.

Their directions are simple, just defrost them and serve. Their lifespan is 12 months in the freezer and 8 days at room temperature. For raw muffin paste, it is preferable to defrost it approximately 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then, fill two thirds of lubricated muffins moulds or deposit them in a paper mould using an ice cream spoon having a diameter of 2 and 3/8 inches. This will give a muffin weighting approximately 75 grams. The raw pastes can be preserved 12 months in the freezer or 8 days in the refrigerator.
