The company Pâtes et Croûtes L. B. Inc. was born in 1990.  It is Mr Luc Benoit, with his expertise in the food medium, which could see a need for the products that it was going to put on the market.

It is in the industrial sector of Boucherville that he decided to establish the company and to begin the industry of pastes and tarts. With the success of its pastes and tarts, he pursued the expansion of the company by adding muffins and biscuits in its range of product.

In August 2000, the company moved to settle in a larger factory which enabled him to increase its production capacity. In the year 2003, the company Pâtes et Croûtes received the price of « the ACDAL Dorée » and was distinguished before members of ACDAL.

It is with regrets that on October 1, 2007 the founder president of Pâtes et Croûtes has deceased. This company remained in family and continued to develop constantly and to face new challenges.
